Pre-evaporators and Evaporators
Broth evaporation is one of the most important unit operations in industrial processes. Broth treatment (clarification) produces clarified broth, free of most of the impurities present in the mixed broth. The purpose of evaporation is to remove most of the water present in the broth, providing syrup (concentrated broth) for cooking.
Triniton evaporators are designed to provide high evaporation rates, incorporating a highly efficient design that ensures optimal steam distribution (inlet from below and through the center of the calender, distributing it equally throughout). It features a tubular housing with nozzles that are effective in removing condensate and incondensable gases, and a double-separation drag separator (Centrifugal and Chevron Separators), offering maximum efficiency in separating droplets.
It includes a calender located at the bottom of the Evaporator, built with two upper and lower perforated plates called mirrors, which are interconnected by vertical stainless steel tubes for heat exchange between the broth and the steam.
