Electrostatic Precipitators
The Electrostatic Precipitator is an industrial device used to collect particulate matter from exhaust gases. The precipitator operates by charging the gas from the process that enters the equipment, electrostatically carrying suspended particles with it and capturing them through electromagnetic attraction. It removes up to 99.5% of the total particulate mass.
Triniton strives to achieve the highest technology within the most diverse range of equipment available in the general industrial market. Electrostatic Precipitators designed by Triniton are highly efficient in dedusting combustion gases. They are versatile and efficient, designed to meet the most diverse and severe working conditions, and can operate for years with minimal maintenance.
The main advantages of Electrostatic Precipitators are:
• High degree of separation, even with fine dust;
• Impervious to load fluctuations, flying sparks, overheating and sporadic dew point deficiencies;
• Long service life and high availability;
• Highly suitable for retrofitting into existing installations.
