Vale do Paraná Plant project has a capacity to produce 15,000 bags of sugar per day
In the 2017/2018 harvest, Triniton developed the VHP sugar factory project for Usina Vale do Paraná in Suzanópolis (SP), covering everything from civil works to pre-start-up operations, in record time. The fully automated sugar factory began operations in May 2017, with a capacity to produce 15,000 bags/day of 50kg VHP sugar.
The plant’s Industrial Manager, Mr. Gilberto Stuchi de Andrade, explains that before selecting the supplier, he visited several mills and verified the success of Triniton’s projects.
"This implementation took a record time of four and a half months, and we are very satisfied with the results. We now have a compact and modern plant," he says.
For Vale do Paraná’s Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, Mr. Vanderlei Rodrigues, expectations were met.
"I know the company will go a long time without worrying about equipment replacements because they are of excellent quality and long-lasting — pumps, valves, reducers, towers, evaporators, stainless steel piping, vacuums, and top-of-the-line heat exchangers, as well as state-of-the-art structural components that are bolted instead of welded, with very well-made profiles. We are extremely satisfied," he adds.
Triniton offers key solutions for Turnkey Projects, providing services under EPC contracts (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), which include in a single agreement: project design, construction and/or equipment procurement, and assembly for a given project.
"Purchasing a complete package is much more convenient for the client because there are no hidden costs and the investment is better guaranteed, minimizing risk. One must be aware of the risks when buying equipment separately. That’s why it’s important to choose a trustworthy company," explains Triniton’s Director, Mr. Ricardo Canesin.
