Triniton Showcases Boiler Innovations at SINATUB 2025
One of the highlights at the SINATUB 2025 International Congress was the vibrating grate system developed by Triniton.
Ricardo Canesin, Director at Triniton Engenharia Industrial, stood out at the event by presenting technological advancements in boilers designed for the bioenergy sector.
Amid operational changes and growing demand for energy efficiency, Triniton’s participation underscored the importance of innovation and continuous adaptation to the evolving requirements of sugar and ethanol plants.
Canesin praised the event, emphasizing the opportunity for knowledge exchange, engagement with multiple plants and suppliers, and the favorable environment for showcasing and developing integrated solutions.
"It’s a very important event for the sector. Sharing knowledge and experiences between units makes all the difference," he said.
Vibrating Grate System
During his presentation, Canesin highlighted Triniton’s investments in innovation and boiler improvements, considering variations in fuel type and quality—especially sugarcane bagasse—and the changing production conditions in plants.
A key innovation presented was the vibrating grate system, developed by Triniton, which improves fuel efficiency and ensures greater operational stability. Another highlight was the introduction of electrostatic precipitators, gradually replacing conventional gas scrubbers.
"Electrostatic precipitators bring important benefits: water savings, reduced intake, and significant pollutant reduction. In our view, this technology is here to stay and should become standard in new boilers," Canesin explained.
